Snaplii 120-Day Purchase Protection
Please review this Purchase Protection carefully.
Snaplii is built on trust. We want every customer to have a safe and worry-free experience when buying gift cards. With this in mind, every eligible order is backed by the following Purchase Protection.
For 120 days from the original date of purchase, we cover:
- Cards that are not active
- Cards with an inaccurate balance
- Cards delivered as a different brand than ordered on Snaplii
This Purchase Protection does not cover:
- Requests received outside of 120 days
- Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
- Misinterpretation of card delivery method or timing of delivery
- Misinterpretation of how a particular card is redeemed, or any other redemption requirements or limitations set by the merchant
- Neglecting to apply a promotional code before a purchase
- Cards lost or misplaced by the customer
- Cards merged onto external merchant apps or accounts, which could result in loss of card value
- Cards that are subsequently resold, or given to someone other than the original purchaser (other than gifts sent through Snaplii)
- Cards purchased on Snaplii at the request of a third party and then shared or provided to that third party
- Cards not received due to incorrect shipping or delivery information
- Cards that are no longer honored when a merchant goes out of business or files for bankruptcy
- Cards for which a merchant has changed its redemption policies or procedures, provided the card can still be redeemed at the merchant
- Cards that have expired pursuant to the merchant’s gift card terms
Refund amount
This Purchase Protection covers the purchase price actually paid for the card, not any discount, promotion, cashback, or rewards received at the time of purchase. If a portion of the card has been redeemed, only a partial refund will be provided. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method or to your Snaplii Cash balance, at Snaplii’s discretion.
Snaplii may adjust this Purchase Protection policy as circumstances require. The terms in effect at the time you submit your request will apply.
